To celebrate the French launch of Kaiju No. 8, we imagined a bold visual statement at the heart of Paris. A monumental 45-meter display of the manga’s first volume cover was unveiled atop the National Library of France, transforming one of the country’s most symbolic cultural landmarks into a stage for the series.
For the first time ever, a manga was showcased on the BNF. And the impact matched the scale of the activation: more than 22,000 copies were sold in the first week, making Kaiju No. 8 the biggest manga launch in French history.
