While looking for inspirational stuff over at commonbloggers, we came across the Fukusada Wooden Light Bulb Lamp. This has got to be one of the most beautiful lamps we have seen in a very long time. The Wooden Light Bulb lamp is created to achieve the mix of modern design and traditional craft technique. It has an impression as a solid wood radiate light and the LED device is wrapped by wooden shell which is chipped until minimum thickness with Japanese ‘ROKURO’ technique. This project was awarded with the Kyoto renaissance design competition and still under development. We are rally hoping to see this is production.
