The very creative and innovative product designer Finn Magee has produced a series of three posters which function like the object they portray. Starting with Flat Light – “a desk light without the bulk” – Magee went on to create an alarm clock named Flat Time and a speaker system named Flat Sound, which is officially the world’s thinnest speaker commercially available at just 4mm. The pieces are currently available from Phillips de Pury shops in New York and London as well as a few other select retailers. Each of the pieces do seem to be limited edition though, so you may have to act fast if you want to get your hands on one.
