A new luxury hotel in Kensington, London called ‘ The Ampersand Boutique Hotel’ is due to open in late August. The hotel will feature 111 rooms which are each inspired by different things such as their superior rooms which is inspired by the music of the Royal Albert Hall and their deluxe rooms which are inspired by ornithology. The hotel also features many restaurants and bars which includes a laid back and intimate Mediterranean restaurant called Apero and an elegant French patisserie called The Drawing Rooms which features a variety of coffee and light bite menus.
