S Cube Chalet

Madrid and Kuwait City based AGi Architects have recently completed their design for the ‘S Cube Chalet’. This is a structure which is composed of three different beach residences in Kuwait which are each inhabited by the members of the same family. The building is composed in a way which is configured in a way which allows privacy, whilst still enjoying the views of the sea from the terraces. The plan of the house is divided in half with a pair of other structures positioned adjacent to each other with the mirrored plans. The building also offers separate personal outdoor areas.
